Super Duty Cultivator - Parallel Link Bigham Brothers introduces our all new Super Duty Cultivator.

Row unit mounts to 4x7 or 7x7” tool bar. Rear gang is welded from structural tube and may be equipped with virtually any combination of attachments.

This tool provides you with the advantage of precision cultivation at high speeds. Configure this flexible tail gang with a variety of tools for bedding operations through late-season cultivation on the following types of tool bars:

Rigid (7x7)
Vertical Fold (Double 4x7)
Stack Fold (Double 7x7)

Super Duty Cultivator

Gang Features

Parallel Linkage:

1” Diameter Pivot Bolts, not 5/8 or 3/4”
Polymer wear bushings keep the linkage assembly tight and do not require grease.

Adjustable Front Coulter:

1-1/8” Arbor Bolt
Two heavy 208 series domestic sealed bearings in each coulter hub
Adjust coulter depth with easy adjusting handle.

Depth Control Tire:

Front 18x8.5x8 8-ply tire provides positive depth control.
Four-hole hub equipped with 2 triple-lip sealed ball bearings.

Rigid Front Coulter:

1-1/8” Arbor Bolt
Two heavy 208 series sealed ball bearings with triple-lip seals in each coulter hub.

Gang Operating Features:

Optimized tool spacing. Maximum trash and soil flow between tillage components is based on four years field experience.
Only one grease zerk per row. Greasing interval is once each operating season.

Barring Off Discs:

Peel weeds away from young, tender crops or hill dirt into the root base of more mature crops.

Crop Shields:

Adjustable side-to-side for any row width, front-to-back to match sweep placement, up and down for desired protection.
. Set fenders to control flow for maximum protection or raise to push soil into the base of the crop.

Height Adjustable Rear Shank:

Made from H-5160 alloy to handle largest sweeps or busters.
Adjustable foot piece offers friction trip protection.
Mount Sweep for clean-out and cultivating operations or mount Buster for Lister operations.

Interrow Ripper Shank:

Height adjustable 1x3 or 1x4 shank, cut from high-strength material to withstand deep soil penetration. Add fertilizer tubes for liquid fertilizer application.
1x3 shank scarfed on soil edge and equipped with chromium carbide point.
1x4 shank features cast sharpened chromium carbide shin.

Configured as five sweep cultivator with front adjustable coulter.		Configured as lister with front tire and center coulter/stabilizer.
