Universal Flat Fold Row Markers

Bigham Brothers Universal Flat Fold Row Markers are compatible with virtually any tool bar mounting application. The 180 degree folding movement provides a protected transport position (against highline poles, fence posts, etc.) as well as exceptional convenience when mounting attachments and accessories to the bar. The same high strength-low weight design features as our original flat fold markers will reduce fatigue on hinge and stress points to keep markers in the field for years of trouble-free service. The new universal mounting system fits single bars with the use of a weld-on plate, and the mounting bracket will also bolt to double bar frames in virtually any configuration. Markers may be moved from plow to plow with a minimum of mounting bolt and hardware changes. Bigham Brothers Universal Flat Fold Row Markers are a perfect accessory item for listers, planters, grain drills and many other types of equipment. Marker working lengths (from end of tool bar) are from 4 to 10 rows (60 to 190 inches).

Standard Features

• Standard mounting brackets fit single bars with weld-on plate, and all types of double bars.
• Outside marker section may be equipped with disc to mark as narrow as four row equipment or as wide as ten row equipment.
• Plated pivot pins rotate on bronze bushings enclosed in a greasable sleeve. Slotted sleeve locks the end of each pin to isolate rotation.
• 2-1/2x18" Tie rod cylinder spreads pivot points to provide consistent fold movement and reduce stress.
• Marker disc is equipped with two sealed ball bearings.

Options:

• 4x12" Gauge wheels provide tractor wheel mark and give support to extended section. Mounting kits allow position on extension tube or outside marker section.
• Sequencing valve will allow operation of both markers from one hydraulic remote outlet.
• Hoses and fittings are available for any application.
• Twin disc assembly for three point guidance system application.

Flat Fold Row Markers Include: 1. Two weld-on plates for 7x7 frame as indicated for 810-150 Markers. 2. Two universal brackets. 3. Two 1st section (inside) frames. 4. Two 2nd section (outside) arms. 5. Two clamp assemblies to place disc on outside arm. 6. Two marker disc assemblies. 7. Two hydraulic cylinders (2-1/2x18"). 8. Two transport stands and all pins with hardware required for mounting. Hoses Are Not Included. All row markers are sold in pairs.
