Rigid Tool Bars

Bigham Brothers, Inc. has designed a wide range of Rigid Tool Bars to suit virtually any need, with one, two, three or four lower frame tubes. Options are available to complement light to very heavy applications. A durable frame is a basic requirement for tool make-ups behind your high horsepower tractor. Bigham Brothers Diamond Mast Tool Bars were introduced in 1985. After extensive field testing and experience, these frames have proven to be the best on the market!

Pictured above is the best-selling Superbar II (triple bar).

Standard Features:

	All frames are constructed from A 500 Grade B. This heavy wall tube will take a load without bending or breaking. Tube size varies from 4x4x1/4" wall, 4x4x3/8" wall, 4x7x3/8" wall and even 5x7x1/2" wall and 7x7x3/8" wall on single bars.
	One-piece stringer plates (braces) are cut from 5/8" solid plate steel.
	All joints are securely welded with flux core wire to eliminate cracks in or next to the welds.

Diamond Mast Tool Bars

The Bigham Brothers, Inc. Four Bars and Superbar II Toolbars (Triple Bar and Double Bar) are designed for outstanding strength and durability. These bars are constructed with a diamond mast, long proven as structurally superior to conventional front-mast tool bars. The diamond mast distributes load and stress between lower tubes and stiffens the bar. For bars subjected to unusual load or stress, heavy duty options are available in the triple and double bar designs. On the heavy duty tool bars, 4 x 4 x 3/8" tube is substituted for 1/4" tube on all lower bars for extra strength. Strap steel is formed to give a 360 degree weld around lower bars.

Heavy Duty Option Detail

3/8" tube is secured to 5/8" plate steel on inside and upper walls.
	Strap Steel completes 360 degree weld.
4 x 4 x 3/8" tube is substituted for 4 x 4 1/4" tube.

Single Bar With Top Mast

Bigham Brothers also provides a variety of single bars with lower tube ranging from 4 x 4 x 1/4" to 7 x 7 x 3/8".
